true story. A few years ago we had a winter similar to this year without much snow or bad weather. Bob and Liz, our longtime clients, arranged for our limousine service to pick up and drop off their family from JFK Airport in New York. While they were enjoying a week-long cruise through the Caribbean, we had a major snowstorm here in the Northeast. Locally here in New Milford Connecticut, we had 16+ inches of snow that closed the highways and airports for a day, but the day Bob and his family returned from their vacation, the roads were back. came I personally greeted Bob, Liz, and their kids, and after gathering our things, we headed out to the parking lot.

The walkways and parking lot were not fully cleared yet, so we had to walk around the snow banks and through the entrance into the parking lot. As we approached our car, we passed another family that Bob and Liz had met during their cruise. The family decided to drive themselves to the airport and leave their car in the lot for a week. What they didn't expect while on vacation was not only the blizzard, but the storm's aftermath. Basically, what happens to a car that gets left in a parking lot after it snows? She goes inside the car. Yes, this family came home to find their car plowed and buried under unaccounted snow.

You could see parts of the car doors and antenna, but nothing else. His car was buried!! The wife was holding the hands of the small children while the father was trying to get their car out of his hands. When I got Bob and his family in and the car started, Bob looked at me and said, "This guy better get a hotel. It might take him all night to get this car out. I can't imagine it." You may have to dig your car out of a frozen pile with your bare hands, it's worth it for you to come and get us!

I know we haven't seen much snow this winter but, it's still cold and we still have a chance of snow.
